Grills are located next to the heated swimming pool for your BBQ fun. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, floaters, noodles, and boogie boards are in the unit for your use. A child pack-n-play is available in the room. There is a 70 inch HD flat screen TV in the living room with two other large flat screen TV\`s in the bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King Size Mattress and the second bedroom has a two new Twin beds and Mattresses. There is also Two EZ single automatic inflatable bed as well as an ottoman that turns into a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped everything you will need to prepare all of your favorite meals. The front door has a push button locking system (no key required) so you will not have to meet anyone in person for access to the unit. Publix supermarket is 2 miles away. There are great Golf Courses, Tennis Courts, and Gyms located close by, wonderful Restaurants and Shops located in the Stuart and Jensen Beach area. Assigned under-building parking. I loved doing water aerobics every morning with the permanent residents and owners. Their some visitors by the pool however who would lay out there towels on the chairs and disappear, leaving others with a chair to sit on. One group hogged the chairs all day and played music disturbing others and disregarded rules. I was glad to see them leave and have a few days without them. Everything was provided for a beach day including towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, boogie boards, sand toys, football, etc. The condo itself was also perfect and included 2 additional blow up mattress beds that were so easy to use and actually comfortable for my 13 year old daughter. The only amenity that this condo does not include is the in-condo washer and dryer but there is one just steps away on the floor that is coin operated so it was fine. There is a laundry room on each floor, so its not a big challenge. My feedback for the building HOA -- the machines require 6 quarters each load and that makes laundry a bit of a pain. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very quiet being on the top floor. The complex and area around it were nice and quiet, definitely not a spring break party crowd area. Even during spring break we had plenty of room to ourselves on the beach.The main bedroom is comfortable with direct access to the balcony and an amazing oceanfront view. The second bedroom with twin beds is better suited for kids or small adults, and the only window in there is shuttered. Both bathroom are small but have everything you need, even shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room and balcony furniture were comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a little worn but very convenient to be able to use them on the beach. We really appreciated the several bath towels, many wash cloths, and beach towels that were provided. There is laundry down the hall but it requires 3 in quarters to wash and dry, so having plenty of towels available was really nice. The area nearby is nice with a couple restaurant within walking distance and several more a short drive away. The unit itself is tastefully furnished and very well equipped. Furnishings, appliances and cookware are high-quality and in excellent condition. It was the cleanest VRBO we've ever rented. Rob responded immediately to our questions and provided a few great restaurant recommendations. The building/premises are well maintained and the vibe is retiree-quiet. Views from the large furnished balcony are stunning and the roar of the ocean makes you feel like you're on the beach without leaving the unit. The island is bike-friendly and we enjoyed walking around downtown Stuart. The only downside for us was the gritty-soft sand and steep slope of the beach which turned our long beach-walks into hard slogs. This was easily our best VRBO experience. ##### Tom P. The view is spectacular and the amenities provided were exceptional. Very nice coolers, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, Tupperware, coffee maker and keurig, toaster, etc. We also had enough of the basics to get started...paper towels, soaps, cleaners, etc. The decor is lovely and well maintained. The main attraction is of course the view and location which will not disappoint. The beach was amazing and all the pools are great. We used the fitness center every day and the cost for the Clubhouse use was picked up by the owner, which is a nice little perk (thank you Rob). Very minor issue related to some work being done at the complex was immediately resolved by the owner. We also used and loved the BBQ grill onsite. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Rachael V.
