Beautiful 3/2.5 two story house located in a very quiet neighborhood in Downtown Stuart. The master bedroom has a private balcony with spacious master bathroom... walk in shower and jet hot tub. Full size washer and dryer, roomy dining area, cozy living rooms, spacious kitchen with large serving bar. Fenced back yard with BBQ and room for the kids to play. Community pool is just a few seconds walk from the house with lounge chairs and bathroom facilities. Just a few minute's walk to Downtown Stuart, river, fishing pier, restaurants, shopping, boat tours and more. The City of Stuart offers a daily shuttle service in the neighborhood if you prefer not to walk. The shuttle also offers a tour of Downtown at no charge. Local beaches are less than 15 minute's drive with beach chair and umbrella rentals. The proximity to downtown was so convenient. We were able to walk to dinners, happy hours, and shopping easily. The trolley was a plus as well. It’s a ten minute ride to beautiful beaches. Great shops and restaurants, loved Dune Dogs just a couple of blocks from the house. My husband fished nearly every morning at nearby Shepard Park, also a nice boardwalk on the water. Nice master suite, however the queen mattress needs a serious upgrade. Also the kitchen equipment was very sparse, not even a mixing bowl or measuring spoons was difficult to make meals. We had to make a trip to the goodwill and dollar store. Also backyard is very sparse, no outdoor furniture. Nice front porch and balcony. Very quiet neighborhood, and again an awesome location. We enjoyed our stay in Stuart very much. Easy walk to downtown, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable accommodations for families. Room for improvement would include updating and adding more kitchen needs (cookware was sparse) and adding basic toiletries. Also, the dryer did not work during our stay which was very inconvenient with children. Property manager was made aware and no attempt was made to fix it. Otherwise, the house meets all basic needs for a comfortable stay. ##### Erin K.
