### Old Town FEWO Pipo - Apartment

Overlooking the historic Marienkirche church, Ferienwohnung Pipo is centrally located in the Old Town of Stralsund. Within walking distance are many attractions, such as the Ozeaneum, reachable in a few minutes. The apartment is accessed via a shared entrance with the landlords. About the common corridor leads directly to the entrance door of the apartment and enters the living room. This is furnished with a pull-out couch (extra bed for a third person), a dining table with chairs, a flat-screen TV and a pantry kitchen. The kitchenette has two hotplates, refrigerator, dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. About the living room you come into the hallway with wardrobe. On the opposite side is the modern bedroom with double bed and bedside tables. The bedroom window has an exterior blind for darkening. The bathroom is equipped with an open shower, toilet, sink and a towel dryer. A parking space is located directly on the property of the landlord.
