"Late May, fine weather and a very busy hotel. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help everyone. The setting, trees, shrubs and walks were spectacular and the food and drink first class. A long way from our West Sussex home but worth it."

In our room, the shower attachment distinegrated, the bathroom fan did not work, the toilet seat was broken, the electric face plate for the towel rail was smashed, the bathroom door had had 2 big holes filled, the carpet was stained.
