"Sheet on the bed looked like there was blood on it. Pillows were uncomfortable. The toilet handle was broken. The microwave in the dresser tv stand thing wasn’t even plugged in and the cord wasn’t long enough to reach the nearest plug, there wasn’t an extension cord so I had to move the entire microwave and plug it into a lamp with a plug in order to use it. Coffee in the room was terrible. The lighting was too low. Even with all the lights on it wasn’t bright enough when I needed it. The curtains are sheer so if you wanted to sleep in you couldn’t cause the outside curtains don’t even close. The “fitness center” had basically nothing in it. Only a bike and a treadmill. The elevator was dirty, scratched graffiti everywhere and it felt like it was going to break down at any point!"

"The room was clean. It was suppose to have a queen bed instead it was a full size bed. They charged me $281. additional charges which we will see how much will be refunded. "

"The hotel was in need of some updates…the staff was wonderful from the night check in clerk, the morning clerk, the breakfast staff, the made to order eggs station ladies, the happy hour lady bartender all very happy, cheerful people! Our room was ok…we wanted a top floor room got a 3rd floor out of 7 floors. Also all the pictures of the rooms on many different sites showed walk in shower with glass doors…looked updated, but we got the old tub/shower combo…was clean and in good shape but we needed the walk in style. Our room the sofa was stained pretty bad, we covered it with extra blanket in the closet. The kitchen chairs were very old and fabric was torn and stained…we didn’t use them. The beds were comfortable and nice to be separate from living area…nice to have a Large tv in bedroom and one in the living space. The breakfast room was small but the made to order eggs was awesome and ladies do a very good job…the choice for other items were scares but the did have crispy bacon, sausage links, cubed fried potatoes, and variety of breads, a waffle maker, but cereal, yogurt, fruit, was very limited choices. The happy was not great for appetizers…bowl of chips, bowl of popcorn, a bowl of cheddar fish crackers, a dinner plate of pineapple slices, a dinner plate of melon, a dinner plate of cubed cheese…2 alcoholic drinks was nice and unlimited fountain drinks. Overall it was ok but could be so much better with some new furniture and better appetizers…nice pool & gym."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel before but never with just a king bed. It said that it would fit 5 people. I even called the front desk to confirm how it would sleep 5. They said it had a king bed, a full pullout trundle and someone could sleep on the couch. It’s a good thing we didn’t have 5 people because it only has a twin pullout and the couch would only be comfortable for a little kid to sleep on. There were also only two bath towels in the room. "

"The hotel was very clean and spacious. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. The breakfast area was expansive and many choices on the food buffet. Overall, a great experience."
