The mixer tap for the shower wasn’t working so 2 adults and 2 children had freezing cold showers which I'm now suffering with cold symptoms, if the room hadn't have been as hot as a sauna we wouldn't have needed the showers. The room was so hot we were dripping with sweat. Couldn't get much air in the room and the fan in the room was no help.

No air con in the room just a very noisy fan and a window that hardly opened meaning it was very uncomfortable to sleep in the room. Got woken up by the fire alarm going off in the hotel at around 9.30am and all had to leave the hotel, no explanation as to why it went off, just told to go back in the hotel. No offer of compensation like a later check out or anything. Staff are nice, especially the cleaners. Probably would’ve been a nice stay in the winter with no fire alarm as a wake up call.
