So much better than I expected. The bar area, restaurant and huddle areas were all so beautifully done and the food and drink lprices were very reasonable.
Plenty of electric car charging available.
All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly.
Rooms very comfortable and modern.
Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough.

Atmospheric rooms and bar. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Bathroom was unheated and cold. But if this was resolved I can recommend this hotel as a great base to explore Nottingham.

"We tried to cancel the booking, staff were very friendly, phone call to cancel was useless did not stay and left for another hotel, the hotel staff were as annoyed as we were, and apologised with the booking website, the website made it as difficult to give refund"

"The room we had paid for was not available at check in. We had to split the family over two floors. The rooms were very poorly maintained with broken exposed plaster and cracked windows. There was a TV but no remote and only one towel for two people."
