The staff were apathetic and uncooperative. My wife and I purchased a few nights so that we could enjoy a "staycation" at the pool over the holiday weekend but we come to find out (without being informed prior) that you needed reservations for the pool area and they were booked. When they did squeeze us in after a long wait they would only allow two hours of time for a chair or lounge at the pool. The last day, a Monday which was very quite at the pool, I was told I had to vacate the pool by check out time. I asked if we checked out and gave up our room if we could stay and have lunch and enjoy some cocktails, which would have likely given them $100 to $200 in revenue. They answered with an emphatic NO and that it was against policy. This is despite having stayed there for three nights. They said I could "purchase" a 2pm check out for $150. I travel the world and all the hotels I have been in will hold bags for you and allow use of the amenities if just arriving or checking out of their property.
