"Spacious cabin than I expected! With the sofa bed downstair, twin beds in the loft and a king bedroom, easily fit 2 small families. Decent price and fairly close to dodge ridge. We also had fun with a classic Nintendo console. Haven’t played those for decades!!"

"This place is amazing! We're a party of 6 adults who visited in March 2026 for a ski weekend. Everyone in the group commented how nice the place is. Probably the nicest vacation rental we've ever been to!The host was communicative and easy to work with. 10/10 would definitely stay here whenever we come to Dodge Ridge. "

"We took advantage of the "Book 2 nights get the 3rd night free" in March, which was a great value. Without getting the 3rd night free, it might feel a bit too expensive.This was our second time staying at this cabin, and we had a great experience both times. Two years ago, it was MLK weekend and there was so much snow, we could sled down the hill in between the neighbors' houses! This time (in March), there was barely any snow and it was a balmy 70 degrees and sunny every day. There was just barely enough snow to ski in t-shirt weather at Dodge Ridge.The cabin is spacious and fun for two families to share. The bottom two bedrooms get really cold at night, so be prepared to either feel like you're camping outside, or use one of the space heaters. The upstairs loft sleeps 6 and is quite cozy. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of mismatched dishes, utensils, and pots — it's just a little haphazard and can take a minute to find everything.Darlene was helpful and easy to communicate with. The checkout process was especially simple. We returned a second time and would definitely return in the future, too. Thank you for hosting us!"

"This place was easy to get to, easy to find and pretty roomy for a cabin in the forest. Our visit was during the big snow storm during Presidents Week in Feb 2026 and we got snowed in, which was fun. There is a two car parking spot, then stairs going down to the front door. The cabin is on a hill so it has two decks and a nice firepit outside (which we couldn't use because snow). The host was easy to get a hold of and very responsive, which we appreciated. We'll go back during the summer and I'm sure the place will have a whole different vibe!"

"Darlene and her team are world-class hosts! After some heavy winter weather impacted our first trip, the crew not only spent hours helping us get our car out of the snow, Darlene was incredibly flexible with rescheduling. It was the perfect home base for our ski trip to Dodge Lodge.The cabin itself quiet, serene and cozy. We especially loved warming up by the fireplace after a long day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!""

"We had such an incredible stay at this cabin in the Cold Springs area, even in the middle of February’s major snowstorm! While we unfortunately experienced a power outage for much of our trip, the hosts truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of the entire time.They were constantly checking in on us, making sure we had everything we needed. They generously supplied plenty of firewood so we could stay warm and cozy despite the weather, and they even ensured the driveway was shoveled so we could safely get in and out. Their attentiveness and kindness made all the difference.The cabin itself is absolutely lovely, with beautiful views and such a warm, welcoming feel. Even though we weren’t able to fully utilize the kitchen due to the outage, it was hands-down the most well-stocked rental kitchen we’ve ever experienced — and we’re frequent renters (this was our third snow trip this year!). The cookware, utensils, pots, pans — everything you could possibly need was there and then some. It truly felt like a home, not just a rental.The hosts were gracious, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our experience. We had an amazing time despite the circumstances, and that really speaks to how special this place and these owners are. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Great house while staying for ski trip to dodge ridge. Kids enjoyed the play area and games; parents enjoyed the hiking trail from driveway; comfortable beds and clean house; 5mins drive to Mia’s (delicious food) and 15mins to dodge ridge; Tri was very responsive. We forgot stuff at house and Tri let us go back to get it. Hope to return. "
