"We had a wonderful stay in Bayfield! The property was clean, quaint, and full of thoughtful touches—from commemorative mugs to take home to homemade dog biscuits that our pup absolutely loved. It was quiet, peaceful, and conveniently located near great restaurants and area activities. We would happily stay here again!"

"Room wasn't well laid out to be able to unpack, all closet storage was in the kitchenette so drawers were full of utensils. No bathroom sink, you needed to use the kitchen sink, no bedside table for water. The biggest challenge was that there weren't blackout curtains so there was always light streaming in to wake you up. Noted that other amenities like yoga and meals are included but at the price point I expected a much more elevated room experience. Yoga classes were nice and all the meals were great. I would have appreciated some social events at night to have the opportunity to interact with other guests."

"Property was clean, beautiful view of the lake and very peaceful. Bathrobes were a nice touch, bed was comfortable & there were plenty of pillows and towels. Loved the deck and grill, while eating late dinner in the deck we saw a bald eagle fly in to roost. Saw bald eagles other days flying around as well. Private beach has the most beautiful view of the sunrise. Although we didn't use it the fire pit was very nice & seating was provided. Shower is tiny and it's a small hotel size fridge but it worked for us. I was leary when we turned into Merchent Rd and saw it was a dirt road, but it was a flat and smooth dirt road, better than almost all of the streets in Bayfield. Also, the first property on Merchent that you come across is a little less than desirable from a visual perspective but all other properties including the one we stayed at have good curb appeal, great views and well kept yards. "
