The toilet needed some maintenance and possibly some directions for the dryer unit as there is a water reservoir that need to be emptied to operate properly would of helped Other than the issues with the units the stay was very good, location was great!

There were many groceries nearby and kitchen was set up nicely to cook. Very quiet and clean. We would stay here again.

Highly recommend!!! Excellent communication, very clear instructions. Close to metro. Close to grocery’s. Friendly staff. Felt super safe with the security measures. Very soundproof. To have a whole apartment equipped with a full size kitchen, plus washer AND dryer was amazing!!! All my friends who had hotels were jealous! Will be back next year, for sure! Tack så mycket

We were on a holiday with family in Stockholm. An excellent stay. This property is very conveniently located near a T-bana and Local train station. Restaurants and groceries are also nearby The apartment amenities were excellent and included a washer+dryer which was very handy. I would suggest adding a bread toaster to the kitchen amenities.

Very Convenient and Comfortable Service Apartment
Location was great. 5 minutes walk to the metro and light rail stations and there are supermarket, shops, restuarants all within walking distance. There are no reception in the building. You will have a passcode to enter the building and the same passcode to your room. An email will be sent to you on instructions such as getting a transport(bus, train, taxi) to airport, where to throw garbage, tel no to call for assistance etc. The floor is wooden, so it was not cold in the cold weather. There is a small kitchenette, so it is good to cook simple meals. There are also a washing machine and a dryer, though the dryer is quite useless without any hot air. But hanging the semi wet clothes in the room is also quite good as they will dry within a few hours in the dry air.

Comfortable, well equipped apartment in a good location near the metro. My only issue was the initial communication... There is no onsite staff for check in, so a few days prior to arrival I received an email giving some basic information. This email advised that early check in was possible if I called on the day of arrival. When the day came I called several hours ahead and was advised that it was necessary to call a day in advance. So either the email or the staff member answering the call provided false information. There was also no soap in either dispenser in the bathroom. Neither issue a big deal, and would definitely stay again since these were minor inconveniences. So certainly book a room here, but call at least a day in advance if you will be arriving early.

Lovely, clean and convenient
It was a lovely place, clean, well located (but then maybe that is also because of a good transport system?) and had everything we could have wanted (except a toaster, but maybe that’s not the culture?). Overall, well priced and lovely place to stay.

New looking property. Near train line. Beds comfortable and good bathroom amd cooking facilties. Terrible parking arrangement. We had to search high and low for parking. Info said apartment on 0 floor - after searching high and low it was on -1 level! Long thick black hair all over apartment upon arrival. Really disgusting. No clothes airer to dry clothes not suitable for dryer. No broom to sweep up dirt and the large amounts of black hair all over the floors.

Nice apartment hotel in Sundbyberg
ApartDirect Sundbyberg is a newly renovated block close to the center and communications. Many shops, cafes and restaurants on the street. The apartment itself was spacious, and contemporary with good amenities in the kitchen. Good quality bed. All communication is by mail and text messages but it worked well.
