The pristine, terraced yard has a lovely deck for entertaining, along with beautiful private, sunny spots to read or reflect. On the hill in Stinson Beach, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and town via the "secret stairs". Pets Considered. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Plenty of hot water, forced air heat in case it’s chilly, good linens. Only about a 12 min walk to the ocean, but steep. ##### swc t. This is a charming, art-filled home with views of the water on the hill. Very clean inside. Only negatives were the mildew smell upon entering and the cobwebs all over the exterior and on the outdoor furniture. We didn’t use the deck area because of this which was too bad because it was amazing. These concerns were minor though and we’d definitely rent again! ##### Madeline M. Quirky clean with a beautiful private yard literally a few steps from "downtown" Stinson Beach and the beach itself. Property could use a few upgrades such as fans in the bathrooms, but overall very comfortable. Need to have printed instructions as to how the TV works.
