All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this resort. Everything was wonderful, from the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere to the excellent service, delicious food, and overall hospitality. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and every detail made the stay feel special especially celebrating my birthday and their independence holiday. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a memorable vacation. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Very overpriced for the quality. Pool towels run out during the day, housekeeping does a subpar job (I understand that they are overworked and underpaid), the lack of urgency with staff was appalling. I personally wouldn't choose this as first choice again. Way better options out there. I spent so much to stay here and it was very MEH.
