You did a hit job on us based on an incident that happened on the public street, not associated with anyone staying at the hotel. We even were pleasantly chatting with you as you were smoking outside your room. If you had any concerns then it would have been more polite.

The rooms on both sides of your room were empty and under renovation, so the chances of you hearing arguments “in the next room” is false as they were empty. We have security cameras on the property and upon review nothing was happening on the property as usual that night. We have fiber internet and cable tv on the property with 1 tb speed if you had issues with the internet you should have brought this to staff attention. We were aware you were able to connect with your phone and the issue was your laptop. We are here 24 hours a days to help with your concerns. As far as your meth comment, well there is no justification for that ignorant comment

Thank you for taking the time to send us comments. Rather than being a keyboard complainer, it would have been best to allow us to satisfy your requests on the spot. We are a 24 hour motel. The motel has over 250 towels for the rooms and the pool. We do spray for all creepy crawlies on a regular schedule as we are loacted in the middle of the Daniel Boone National Forrest that is host to Bears, Moose, Fox, and the usual insects, Each room is afforded 2 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, along with coffee and a coffee pot upon check in and always happy to replenish.

Thank you for taking time to send your comments. We area small family run motel, at times the staff maybe out readying the rooms for our guests or attending to their needs. We have posted the number on the door along with a doorbell in the event we are not in te office. Not sure if you actually looked at the room because we always walk the guest into the room to be sure everything is up to his/her standards. I know for a fact we did not send you into a room as you are exagerating here. If your upset your life or about your refund you were directed to contact Expedia and we would refund you, if appropriate. Unable to explain the proceedure because of your smug attitude you left and never contacted Expedia, but you were able to leave a review that suits your mentality. We hope in the future we can earn a better experience for you.

Well, without constructive comments, the hotel staff will not be able to improve on issues you may have had, otherwise this just seems like a hijack of a legitimate process to improve. We take these reviews seriously and discuss the good and bad with staff.

The guest is a no show.

Thank you for taking time to comment. I honestly took those pictures at the property. I am not sure if your saying my picture talent isnt that good, or you reserved a different room than pictured. Each room has it distinct features. All rooms have new floors, Linens and flat screen TV.

Thank you for making us aware of the issue you had. We would have appreciated it if you told us when we walked you to the room to verify everything was in working order. rather than an hour later. We would have been happy to accomidate you in a different room. We are a total smoke free motel. We also use Room purification machines in all our rooms.

Thank you for taking the time to review the property. All of our rooms have new linens, upgraded pillows and new wood floors. We also have updated flat screen tvs with remotes which were purchased in 2023. We are no longer an 80's motel which would be rather cool idea

In response to your review, I am not sure what you are reviewing but it does not describe this hotel. We just completed a total renovation of the rooms. We are not aware of any refund requested. If you are interested in a refund we do not have a problem with the stated refund procedures. I think your angry at Expedia not the hotel itself please contact us to refund the charges and we can work with Expedia. I also don't think your commentary on others guests at the hotel is polite or accurate. This hotel greets all customers with dignity and respect. If you look down on other people that maybe different than yourself then I feel you need to look into your own predjuces.

In response to your I will set the facts of the events correctly Upon your arrival you exited your car the dog was barking the int back yard area as we are a dog friendly property, this scared your child and started to cry, you then told the front desk you had a family emergency and would not be checking in. You never went into the room or checked in so you would not know anything about the room. The past 3 years property has never had a robbery in the room or outside on the property. In summary you arrived angry and stressed with family issues and decided to write a bad review on a very nice property. I will not let that go unanswered.
