The ease of access to the walking trail, bus line, coffee shops and cute restaurants were a highlight. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. Snacks and a well stocked kitchen made this a great location for a family. Its location in downtown Steamboat makes this property a perfect choice. We usually rent a ski-in, ski-out property; however, for this trip we wanted to try staying in a walkable town location. This property was very close to restaurants and shops and the free bus and or drive to the slopes was very easy. The condo was spacious and lovely with everything you need to cook dinner and stay in as well. We loved that there were snacks available upon arrival along with tea and coffee. This condo was just what we needed! We came to Steamboat for 2 nights on our way from TX to a nearby guest ranch. The location is incredible! We walked everywhere and the car didn’t move between check-in and check-out. So close to great restaurants, shopping, rodeo, alpine slide, etc. Condo was very well stocked! Also, the owner was awesome in terms of communication. She recommended that we check out the farmers market on Saturday morning and it was SO much bigger/better than I imagined. Also was spot on with food recs. The only negative was the noise from the pub across the street late at night, but if you turn on the sound machine it will drown out most of it. If we ever return to Steamboat, we will definitely be staying here again! ##### Sherri H.
