I’m sorry about that. There was a load of damp laundry in the dryer so I finished drying it and folded it and put it on the dining table. We were a bit frustrated considering the Festival started at 1 and we could not check in until 4\. After trying to reach out through email to check in a bit earlier we never heard anything back. Once we were finally able to check in they were still cleaning and we had to wait another 15 minutes. Also, there was a skating rink in front of our door, and the place had a very funny smell in it. Lastly when getting ready to leave there were no cleaning instructions, even though each room said they were posted in the kitchen. We were disappointed to say the least, especially for the amount of money they wanted for only an 18 hour rental. I would suggest staying somewhere else if possible. ##### Nicholas T.
