The residence has a spacious layout, comfortable living area with flat screen TV with DVD player, plush sofas, gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining area, and there is also a great size entry mudroom and laundry with washer and dryer. The bedrooms consist of a primary bedroom with an attached primary bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and large soaker tub. The second bedroom also has an attached bathroom, and the third bedroom bath is located across the hall. All of the bedrooms feature flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. Please note there is no queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We were two couples and this place had more than enough room. It was such a great location for skiing. Not much of a view but we didn't even miss it because the place was so clean and comfortable. It has a nice patio area but it was snowing so we did not use it. We love coming to Steamboat and this has been one of the best places we have stayed. Beautifully updated, kitchen was well equipped. Nice mud room area, beds were very comfortable, living room had space for everyone to sit comfortably. Easy check in and check out. Looking forward to coming back. ##### Kristin K. We loved the property. It has a perfect layout and is equipped with the basics that make a stay easier (salt and pepper, ziplocks, enough plates and cups, etc.) Our kids built snow tunnels off of our patio and enjoyed that just as much as skiing. The ski-in, ski-out access was great. It was just a two minute ski to the gondola. Couldn’t have asked for anything more and Al at the front desk is just the sweetest!
