Can’t beat the location of this unit. It was chosen specifically for the 3 bedrooms. Unfortunately, only one bedroom had windows. The other two were dark and cave-like and with only one point of egress. It is impossible to tell this from the photos, hence the 3 stars. Disappointed our unit did not have an outdoor grill due to HOA policy - we saw several other units with grills. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. The check in process couldn’t be easier with texts containing the address and access codes. Woke up on Sunday to the first snow of the season! Couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations and the cheerfulness and promptness of a few early- in -the -stay questions that crop up. The property description was accurate and we have all said how much we enjoyed this location option vs a hotel experience. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, convenient, and so easy to be a part of all the hoopla in Main Street, restaurants, walk ability… You name it. It is a beautiful condo centrally located in downtown Steamboat Springs. Walkable to restaurants, bars and shopping. We had a couple small issues with the condo and both the management company and owners were very responsive. I would highly recommend this rental. ##### Jan W.
