"There were no staff at the desk on arrival or departure. We never saw any staff. On arrival our arrival form containing personal info was left on the reception counter with our villa key. This info was visible to anyone passing the check in counter & we could sight the other bookings & details also.There was no key safe etc like we've experienced at other properties. The kitchen exhaust fan cover & the air conditioning vents were in desparate need of a clean. The tap in the hand basin had to be turned off to extreme because the washer needed replacing.
