The spacious kitchen accommodates several cooks, and the dining table is for 10 people, with the option (and the chairs) to squeeze in 2 more. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2019 and have furnished it all new. 15 guests will have a real bed, 2 will have a queen size air mattress. Guest Access: You can use the house as well as the garage, as well as the backyard. The Neighborhood: The house is in a residential neighborhood and on a very quiet street. To Boise airport: 30 min. To Bogus Basin: 1 hr 10 min. To Eagle: 12 min. To Idaho Central Arena: 30 min. To Eagle Ada Sports Complex: 16 min. To Eagle Tennis Club: 14 min. Getting Around: You will definitely want to have a car. Other Things to Note: This house is owned by Sam Wenzel, owner and operator of Boise Vacation Rentals LLC. I stayed here with a group of runners and chaperones for the Nike XC races. It was great! Plenty of room for the 10 of us and the house has all of the basics needed to cook and clean up several people. We appreciated the outside space, use of the BBQ and fire pit, as well as the quiet neighborhood and private setting. The house was clean. There were a few odd things we didn’t have the opportunity to mention to the managers. One of the TVs didn’t work and a few of the wall outlets. The water had a strong chlorine smell and taste but we are all used to well water so perhaps that is normal for some people. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Great location that was easy to find. No complaints besides one set of sheets missing from a bed, and we weren’t super clear on how to lock the door, but those were minor things that didn’t effect our stay much.
