« Nice place, very clean, had numerous conversations with mgrs. who were helpful in answering my concerns (which were)1. Why 120 extra charge when only 4 people staying in a property listed accommodating 8?2. Confusing lockbox instructions….we were given an incorrect code initially (2 hours before check in)3. Why wasn’t pool available to our use (it was 80 degrees ) during our stay…..apparently the HOA hadn’t opened it up yet for the season That was disappointing, we now understand the “why” of...

« The app used to communicate with the host is slow...The host is not ! If you truly want an awesome "Zen Experience" with a very patient and kind host as Mary is then I definitely recommend the The Wondering Viking! The Yard you will have to see it yourself ☺️! « Unfortunately, I can't recommend this property. I never received check-in instructions prior to our stay and on day of check-in finally messaged the host at 4:15pm. My message wasn't answered so I decided to call the contact #. She answered right away and was apologetic that the instructions hadn't been sent and sent them while we were on the phone together. « It was very dirty. Rugs were filthy. Towels smelled like mildew, extra pillows in closet were visibly dirty with sweat marks and smells like sweat. Couch and couch pillows were so dirty. Bathroom doors were disgustingly dirty, master bedroom was not cleaned either. Cot in other room was not cleaned and sheet did not fit. And there was open food and creamer in the fridge which is supposed to be removed between guests. »

« We had a good stay, it was perfect for our family. The kids loved the animals. The description was pretty accurate, although we had difficulty finding it late at night since no address is visible from street. We didn't cook much, but kitchen was fairly stocked good with cooking stuff. »
