« A lovely welcoming hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. Easy parking with big parking space in front of hotel. Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. The road between Warth and Lech is closed (not sure if it is a permanent thing for winters, but that means that Lech/Oberlech can only be reached by...

Nous recommandons en particulier le petit déjeuner du mardi matin en altitude : fabuleux !! Quant à la qualité du restaurant, c’est juste exceptionnel et incroyable, notamment par rapport à la nourriture habituelle en Autriche. « Excellent séjour, service exceptionnel, personnel très serviable. La chambre très agréable. Seul petit bémol, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, et pas de bouilloire pour un café ou thé. Les repas au restaurant comme le petit déjeuner, sont excellents . Le service shuttle VIP avec les chauffeurs (très sympathiques) est un service très appréciable pour le transport à Ischgl, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. En conclusion, très bon séjour, on reviendra. »

« Tout est dans le titre, notre premier vrai voyage à l'étranger … en revenant d'Allemagne vers la France. Le personnel est très attentif, nous étions à moto, et avons eu droit au conseil pour garer la bête, sans avoir eu à la demander. La chambre était spacieuse, balcon sur les montagnes, le petit dej extra et le personnel attentif. Bref, pour nous cela sera une adresse obligatoire si par hasard, nous repassons dans le coin. Que je conseille d'ailleurs, tellement c'est beau et reposant ! »

"Pensant profiter d'une nuit dans un bel environnement, cela a vite tourné au cauchemar et cet établissement n'est adapté ni aux réservations de dernière minute ni en basse saison. Ayant réservé en dernière minute via une plate-forme tiers, il a été impossible de joindre un membre de l'équipe tant par le téléphone, par whatsapp que par la messagerie du voyagiste... Arrivé sur place, pas de réception ouverte en basse saison... aucune indication pour la chambre... avec difficulté (et ayant réalisé le check-in en ligne), quelqu'un finit par nous téléphoner (après plus de 30 minutes sur place pour trouver une solution). L'employé qui vient ouvrir ne parlant que allemand, heureusement que les téléphones ont des applications de traduction. Le petit-déjeuner est basique mais correct. Après toutes ces déceptions, nous avons eu la surprise de recevoir un mail nous demandant de payer une facture... d'une chambre déjà payée... au final, un manque total de professionnalisme... dommage..."
