"Peaceful area, quiet with a great view. The cottage is much larger on the inside than I was expecting even with the images! Everything was very clean, the amenities were unexpected but very appreciated! Owners’ replies to my few questions ahead of time were prompt and courteous. No unreasonable rules. And the location was essentially perfectly located for us. And a mink hangs out under the dock! That was fun to see. Would love to come back one day. Only minor issue I had was getting properly...

"Beautiful cottage, lots of amenities. Very clean and comfortable. We were outside most of our stay and had plenty to do - fishing, swimming, paddle boating, having campfires, etc. Short drive to grocery stores, ice cream, restaurants, etc. We loved our stay!"

"Our family of 7 plus our pup LOVES this house and it's our 4th summer making family memories! We love to water ski, wakeboard and tube and the glassy all day conditions are breathtaking! Kids fish in the morning, paddleboard, read books on the deck at sunrise and we enjoy sunset campfires. Beds are comfy, house is fully stocked with everything you could ever need and owners are quick to respond/friendly. Our kids look forward to this every year! Best place for family memories!"

"This is a beautiful home, the pictures don't do it justice. This home has everything you need to have a great vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked, washer and dryer also available. We also enjoyed the pontoon, fire pit (wood provided) with plenty of chairs provided. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a lake getaway!"

"We had a wonderful time at this Sand Lake house. Everything was perfect from the impeccably decorated home to all of the amenities. Being right on the lake is wonderful, and Sand Lake is not too far from other destinations like Grand Rapids and Lake Michigan. (Would recommend The Forager for lunch or dinner which is only 10-15 mins from the house.) We rented the boat which made it extra special. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway. "

"The view was perfect and the house was the perfect accommodation for this group. The sprawling lawn was a nice bonus for playing games and getting sun. My suggestion would be to get more rugs for the deck as that deck gets way to hot and put in the ladder for use because it’s hard to get in and out of the river. It was nice that the boat had everything we needed in the kitchen. My only concern was how dusty it was. Overall great spot to go with a large group and friends!"
