This beautifully updated old property had character. The ultra-modern bathroom with heated floors was a welcome indulgence. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. We enjoyed chatting with the owner who recommended walks and routes for the next day of our journey. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely place to stay
A nice friendly welcome from Rhonda & Christer. Beautiful room. Bed was very comfortable and double shower was amazing. Our room included a fridge with milk and timtams. Cutlery & crockery is also provided with a platter dish. Breakfast was set up in kitchen in the morning which included good variety of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts, bread to toast and several lovely homemade jams etc. Coffee machine and tea or instant coffee was also available. It was our 36th wedding anniversary and we were surprised with lovely chocolates left in our room! Rhonda & Christer have done a great job renovating an old cottage, very tastefully decorated. The cottage is walking distance to both beaches, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Also easy walk to The Nut chairlift.

The room was so spacious and the bathroom is so nice and modern. The bed is so comfortable and the linen all from Sheridan. The hosts were amazing and we had such a wonderful stay!

The owners had obviously gone to extremes to transform a property that looked somewhat "average" from the street into a delightful and comfortable interior. We encountered no problems whatsoever.

Superb (review is for The Ark)
We were booked at Noah’s but Chris, the owner, contacted us to see if we were interested in staying at the Ark instead. Turned out it was great. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished, comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Chris and his wife were super pleasant hosts and fun to chat with over breakfast. Everything in Stanley is in walking distance. We’ll recommend this place to friends and would love to be back.

The inclusions in this property are sumptuous, score 10/10 however the location with the accomodation rooms facing the street opposite the pub are a definite low point, score 2/10.

It's regretable you believed you would have a room with a water view and instead had booked accommodation in the centre of town. We love our location and the heritage Stanley Hotel on the opposite corner - and we are still only a couple of minutes' walk from the beach! Noah’s is a lovely cottage, renovated with superb attention to detail and real class. It certainly has a wow factor when you walk in. It sits close to the centre of the town, yet Is so quiet. The host we met, Chris, was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast included home baked bread and home prepared fruits. We would give it the highest recommendation.

The best experience in Stanley, Tasmania.
Noah's was amazing. Decor fabulous and very comfortable. Our hosts Rhonda and Chris are very friendly and welcoming. They have thought of everything. Centrally located in Stanley. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Noah's. We cannot praise it highly enough. We would definitely stay there again.

Wow! This property has been renovated to the highest standard. Heated bathroom floor, rain shower, huge comfy king bed, all high tech and just gorgeous. You won’t regret staying here

Fabulous room / furnishings / poor soundproofing
5 star furnishings and fitout but let down to some extent by poor sound-proofing. Everything about the accommodation shouts quality and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was self-serve continental style. Good wi-fi. Nice location. The only let-down would be the soundproofing - the noise from within the house and from the local youth hanging around the pub after hours can be intrusive

We do have sound-proofing insulation at the exterior walls, as well as double-glazed windows in our guest rooms. It would seem the night of your stay (a Friday night) there was a local wedding occurring next day, hence a bit of a rowdy send-off I'm afraid. Thankfully it's not a regular occurrence! Excellent B&B
This is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and our room was brilliant - comfortable bed, lovely furnishings and a luxurious bathroom, with underfloor heating and double shower. Breakfast is serve yourself in the guests' kitchen, with lots of choices available. The location is close to everything in Stanley and across the road from the hotel where we had a nice meal.

Position and decor were excellent. We were there for three nights and we didn’t get fresh towels. Other than that everything was superb.

Sure set the bar high. This was our first night stay on our tassie trip and unfortunately the rest of the places we stayed didn't quite stack up compared to Noah's. Excellent accomodation. Very friendly and extremely nice hosts. I've already recommended friends to book and stay if in Stanley. I'd give this place 6 out of five stars.

The Bathroom & heating is the best we have come across in Australia. The quality of fittings, beautiful decor, very welcoming hosts, it was a First Class stay.
