Those expectations were exceeded with our stay at this wonderful property. This location was absolutely perfect, and our host was beyond helpful. I was celebrating my 70th birthday with my wife of 37 years and we could not remember having a better time in those 37 years. We could walk to everything and especially enjoyed people watching from the balcony. We are already planning our return. If you're going to St. Simons and want to be in the perfect location, you need to stay here. The property is beautiful and very well decorated and maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the wrap-around balcony each evening, having drinks, and watching the crowd in the downtown village area. People would walk by & say to us "what a great spot to be in" and we couldn't agree more. The property owner was friendly and made sure we got checked in okay and offered suggestions on things to do or places to eat.
