The condo is just steps from the beach which was amazing but you could also very easily walk into town to the shops and restaurants. We were just across the street to short beach access and within easy walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, the Lighthouse, pier, public playground and pool. This was a great place for a week of relaxing, enjoying the beach (200 steps from the front door), golfing, eating some great food and taking in a wonderful area. The bedrooms were great size for our family; two adults and teenager. The kitchen was well-appointed. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were all up to date and had great style. The outside balcony porch was perfect for our AM coffee or a nightcap. We had a great visit and look forward to returning. ##### Mike H. It’s just a very short walk to the water, which made it so convenient with kids. We also enjoyed nightly strolls on the beach and walking to the Village for dinner or to shop. We loved the 2nd floor balcony for evening relaxing. We were able to see ships going out to sea from the balcony! It’s helpful to watch the tides and know ahead of time when high tide is. This particular section of St. Simons beach loses most of the beach during high tide, so just be prepared and watch the tide charts. ##### Erin M.
