Everything is in the cottage a family could use, from young to old.We stayed during the coldest, rainy and windiest days anyone could have planned for.We didn't use air or heat as it seemed well insulated and warmer than the outside. Very comfortable setting.I carry all my own supplies but they weren't needed. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked with paper products. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes anyone could need.It was nice to have the choice between the coffee maker or Keurig since my daughter likes brewed coffee and I prefer the KeurigOverall, we had a wonderful time. The setting is very comfortable for just hanging out and visiting. The television choices were great since we both. Like the same shows. There were plenty of pillows to just lounge and relax.The location was great and close to lots of places to go. We might have walked if it were not for the weather.Thank you for such a nice homey environment.JoAnn

Location was excellent and the townhouse was easy to access. A couple of things need a little attention - to turn on one of the table lamps you needed to screw in the lightbulb and unscrew it to turn it off. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned or replaced. It would have been nice to have a couple of drawers where we could unpack.

Home is cozy and quiet. Despite being a townhome, no noise was heard from neighbors, and the patio was very relaxing. Home is near the airport but the noise did not bother us.

Excellent location! The host was very attentive and replied within a timely manner! We enjoyed the get away and got to enjoy many of the near by beaches. Definitely a place we would recommend and would love to revisit! Appreciate all the details especially when traveling with our children not only was it comfortable for us as the adults but for the children as well!

Very spacious for a condo and the back sliding glass door and patio faces the pool and game area! The outdoor furniture was a great place to sit in the shade and watch the moss swaying in the huge canopy of Live Oaks. The gas grill is a plus We had a fabulous stay!

The condo was wonderful. Not only is it well decorated, with modern appliances, it is situated in a wonderful area. The pool was never overcrowded because the community is small, everything was nearby (less than a 5 minute drive to the beach!) and everything we needed for cooking at home was provided. Even several seasonings. We had one minor hiccup (the propane in the grill was empty) but the host was quick to respond and remedy the issue. The beds were comfortable, the table was larger than it seems in the pictures (which was great for my family of 6!), and most importantly, the AC worked GREAT!! I didn't realize the washer and dryer are not in unit, but the pool house has several coin operated machines. We would highly recommend the condo to anyone and would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our weekend stay! The house was very clean and very nice. Felt like a home away from home. I could tell this is a family home. The kitchen had anything you could think of and even essentials to cook with and condiments. We met some of the owners of other units in the pool and they are a very nice little community. We road our bikes to the beach everyday. Will will definitely be back. Thanks for a great weekend!

Enjoyable rental!

My family stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the rental—it provided us with most of what we needed and also was convenient to the activities we wanted to do while visiting SSI. We knew in advance that laundry isn’t in the unit, so while it would’ve been helpful to have in the unit, we decided upon booking that it wasn’t a dealbreaker. I was glad that I messaged the host while packing to inquire about beach towels as they are not included in the rental so we ended up having to bring our own.

Beautiful Quiet Convenient - Has It All!

What a lovely place to stay! Cissy was so wonderful to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo is FULLY equipped with many amenities that other rentals don't provide! It is QUIET and within a 20 min. walk to the beach. Beautiful linens, decor . . . can't say enough about this beautiful place! Loved all of the sweet accent lighting, books to read, puzzles, games and the patio. Super convenient to have a keypad and not have to worry about carrying or sharing a key. Laundry and pool are just steps away. We would definitely stay here again - you will NOT be disappointed! And if you have little ones there are even toys, sippy cups, beach toys etc. for them!

Great location for walking and short drive to public beach access. Great restaurants within 15 min drive. Tiny kitchen but has everything you need. Carpet was stained in master bedroom. Owner stated it is being replaced thus summer. Didn't state in description that pool isnt opened till May 1st so we didn't get to use that. There is a laundry mat on site but not in the init. Would stay again. Owner was very responsive to questions!

Spring Getaway

My husband and I traveled from Wisconsin. Weather was fantastic! Beaches, Fishing Pier, shopping was all very close. Condo was very well decorated,clean and well equipped with your basic necessities and then some! I would totally recommend this rental! Thankyou so much for a great place to vacation and when needed to relax and feel at home!
