U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King size bed & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 2 bikes to use for additional fee. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for a link to ALL listings. Great location, all the interior necessities and a great pool view. I use many travel platforms but this one stands out. I created a problem with my stay and notified the owner of my mistake. He treated me like I was family and his kindness improved my vacation. Most vacation rentals have necessities but the owner set this unit above any comparables. King size bed nice & firm 4\. Second floor.. very quiet! 5\. Parking easy… we parked only feet away from entrance. 6\. Kitchen was stocked well. 7\. Bathroom was fine, would have loved a handrail by shower. ( for seniors) 8\. Condo needs outlets for charging your phones & I pads. Not enough outlets. 9\. Lovely porch facing the pool. In the mornings half is in shade. Enjoyed the mornings& evenings. 10\. The condo is right in front of complex. Very easy for walking down to St Simon Village. So many great restaurants! The Little Birds great for breakfast!!! The Porch has fantastic chicken tenders, coleslaw, fries!!! 11\. The condo is very bright & cheerful!!!! We will be back again.❤️ ##### Diane B.
