Under 5 miles from the historic pier, great shopping and a variety of restaurants. This beautiful home has all brand new furnishings and linens, including beach towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all new cookware. Walking distance to the beautiful Sea Palms golf course and restaurant. My wife fell and broke her wrist two days before check-in date. So I can’t say anything about the property, but I can say something about Generali trip insurance. If you fall into a situation like I did and you contact the trip insurance company they’re gonna want to know a policy number. If you don’t have that you’re screwed. I tried to get some cooperation over the phone, but they saw their caveat and they took it. I’m out over 1000\. I have receipt from other trips that I have taken and of course that does mean no good so I’ll continue to fight to see if I can get anything out of these guys. The owner was extremely helpful in giving us suggestions on places to eat that were pet friendly in town since we had our dog with us. The only complaint I would have is that the yard is surrounded by plants and vegetation so there were plenty of mosquitoes around that tore my dog up. Luckily, I had brought bug spray for myself!
