Full size washer and dryer. Bathroom with a tile tub/shower. The bedroom offers a very comfortable queen size bed, walk in closet, 2 dressers, tv and a ceiling fan. The Family room offers plenty of seating and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a sunroom which is great for those who still need a desk and space to work. I evacuated to this property during Hurricane Milton and unfortunately the storm ended up causing a flood warning for St Simons Island as well. Lane contacted me before my check-in to let me know about the storm warning, and was incredibly helpful and accommodating helping me come up with a safe plan. She texted me to check up on me and made me feel so supported. I got a full refund for the nights that I cancelled due to the storm warning in their area.
