North Breakers features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. The community is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. North Breakers 410 has a great beach view, one of the closer views within North Breakers complex. This residence is ideal for small vacationing families and extended winter stays. North Breakers 410 was recently remodeled to include tile flooring throughout, bathroom updates and a kitchen update. In addition, North Breakers 410 features complimentary in-room wireless internet service along with a BluRay HD player. Small dogs under 35 pounds are accepted for a $150 non-refundable charge. Absolutely no cats permitted. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season. It is right on the beach and we enjoyed having coffee on the deck with a great view of the beach. The kitchen is very well appointed for preparing meals at home. Our fur baby also had a great time. Very clean. All linen and towels were plentiful. Bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, pots, etc. comfortable furniture. Pet friendly and close to the beach. Walk there in a couple of minutes. The fireworks on St Simons were just down the way. We sat in chairs on the beach and got a great show. Without having to fight the crowds. Just what we wanted.
