The air conditioner was not working properly and we were miserable until it was fixed. Once reported it was fixed quickly and a new thermostat had to be installed. Has everything that you need in the kitchen. The property is in a great location with great beachfront. Other guest staying in this complex were very nice. Parking in the garage is tight - accommodates cars better than SUV class vehicles. We were concerned about the air-conditioning - however, the unit has a lot of glass on the outside wall and all curtains were pulled open when we arrived. We closed the curtains and dropped the air and it cooled off. I would advise leaving the curtains closed when out of the unit and during the time of day when the unit collects full sun especially in July. We would stay here again. ##### Larry D.
