There is a public beach park 0.3 mi. from the complex that has a nice handicapped accessible entrance, restrooms, and soft sandy beach area. The Beach Club on St. Simons was perfect for our quick little fall break getaway. St. Simons is only about a 5-hour drive from where we live. The unit was clean and comfy. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are great. My son loved the weight room and used it three days in a row. A little heads up about St. Simopns dining though. Although there are numerous great places to eat, parking EVERYWHERE is at a premium. If you want to be able to park and not wait for an hour or longer for a table, it's best to plan on being where you want to be by 5 PM each night. Any later? Good luck. ##### Scott J.
