The extra amenities was spot on. The decor was inviting. The location was short drive to the beach and peer. Parking was conveniently located in front of unit. Beautifully decorated, everything you would need if you wanted to cook or have coffee in the morning. A cute little patio to have your coffee on. Close to the swimming pool. A very comfortable bed. Even a nice little snack basket. The owner even had dog snacks and bowls, although we did not have a dog with us. And chairs to use for your beach outing. Lots of restaurants in close proximity to choose from. My 76-year-old mother couldn't get over how well stocked the place was, from pet supplies, soaps, and lotions to coffee, and a hundred other things most places don't think about. We enjoyed the unit and would recommend it to our friends. Samantha was extremely prompt in returning texts and general communication during the week. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, St. Simon Pier/shops and the beach. We appreciated the thoughtful touches; well stocked kitchen with coffee, tea and snacks. No worries, if you forget your toothbrush, sunscreen or any other toiletries. Our host, Samantha was also incredibly responsive and helpful, making our entire experience seamless.
