With under sixty residences, Shipwatch is a quiet and gated community in the popular East Beach neighborhood and is ideal for weekend getaways, work at home retreats, or a comfortable snowbird destination during the mild coastal winter months. Shipwatch Complex amenities include an elevator, free gated parking, private boardwalk access to enjoy St Simons Island’s beautiful sandy beaches, a swimming pool, large grass lawn, outdoor grills, and Wi-Fi internet. Really nice place with a great layout for a small family like ours. Good access to the beach. A bit far away from some of good local restaurants, but the biggest complaint was the fridge. They must know about this because they have a note about adjusting the temperature in the notes for the place, but it still wasn't able to keep it at 37-38 degrees.
