There is an elevator right next to the condo front entrance, which was perfect. The view is great! It's quiet and peaceful, even though it is a condo community. It has everything you need to stay there but as far as going to the beach and pool, definitely need to bring your own stuff. Short walk to the beach, about 5 minutes total. The condo itself is very nice. Loved the furnishings and decor. Plenty of room and very well appointed. There were some problems in the kitchen area. We observed roaches on a couple of occasions, the toaster appeared to have something melted in it and was inoperable, and the cooking utensils had food residue. Also, while the unit was clean, there were areas that appeared dingy and not well maintained - condo could use a paint refresh esp on the trim. The rugs had lots of stains. The TV in the living room couldn't pick up anything and I couldn't even mirror my Iphone to it to watch netflix or Amazon prime, and an email to the manager produced no response, so we had to watch TV from the bedroom. Normally we don't watch much TV but the coldest cold snap in decades had us holed up most of the Christmas holiday. Also, the fire alarm started blaring for no apparent reason and I couldn't shut it up. A call to the after hours manager said they were either busy or it was after hours (???). I left a message asking for help but never got a reply (again). It turned out the alarm was outside for most of the building and it took almost an hour before someone turned it off.
