Newly Renovated Oceanfront Condo • Right on the Beach • Beachfront • Great Views

Welcome home to High Tide B! We have owned High Tide since late 2014 and it has been our pleasure to host guest from all no over the country at this beautiful property.

Unit B of the High Tide is a 2 Story Condo with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. It offers incredible ocean views as well as convenient access to all of the island's most popular restaurants and attractions. This property is located on the beach with a private lawn out front for sunning, grilling and dining. If you tire of lounging on shaded porches or walking on the beach, a short ten minute walk will find you at the village where you can enjoy a number of restaurants and enjoy a stroll down the famous Saint Simons Pier - you may even spot a big catch being reeled in! A walk in the opposite direction will take you to the famous island restaurant duo Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap.

The first floor of Unit B is one bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a full kitchen, dining area, living room and a porch off of the living room that leads directly to the lawn and beach. The master and second guestroom are both located on the second floor, along with two en-suite bathrooms and laundry room. There is another porch located off of the master that looks out over the ocean.

All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions and the house is wi-fi enabled.

The High Tide complex is a 3 unit condominium with separate entrances and porches for each unit. While High Tide B is a stand-alone unit, it can be combined with Unit A & the Penthouse to serve as the perfect location for reunions, corporate retreats, family vacations and gatherings.

Parking: Unit B includes TWO parking spaces. Street and public parking and cannot be guaranteed.

Ryan Saunders, our property manager, takes excellent care of our guest and lives right around the corner. Like any good neighbor he is only a phone call away should you need anything to make your stay more comfortable.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

My mom, sister and I stayed at this property for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The condo was absolutely amazing and the location was just perfect. We loved sitting on the decks and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. The condo was also within walking distance of shopping and restaurants so we didn’t have to drive if we didn’t want to. Ryan and his team were on hand to make sure things went smoothly for our trip. We are thankful and grateful for the opportunity to rent the condo.

Beautiful and Peaceful

I can't say enough about how beautiful this property is. Everything on the interior is crisp, clean and comfy. The outside grounds are gorgeous and the views are perfect. We enjoyed our time on the porch watching the boats come and go. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance of the unit. We plan to come back again and bring the kids for a family vacation. My wife and I had a wonderful week long stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Gorgeous property

Loved everything about this property . Small issues that would never hamper our decision to stay here again but worth noting - some work to get luggage and supplies into the house as the elevator is only for use with the penthouse . There was a family with small kids staying in the penthouse and we heard all of their stomping .

Location, Location, Location

Beautiful rental, exactly as pictured, well maintained and clean with everything you need and more! The kitchen was well stocked, each bedroom has its on en-suite bathroom with lots of towels, the beds are comfy with plenty of pillows, too. Perfect location as well, sits right on the beach which is precisely why I chose this property so my elderly mother didn’t have far to walk. This home is only a few minutes away from the village and great restaurants. Although there were only three of us, there is plenty of room for a larger group. Ryan is so nice, very helpful, and always available if you need anything. We had a mishap with a blender and Ryan went right away and brought us a new one. We loved everything about the house and host and will definitely stay here again!
