This is a very clean and comfortable condo for a weekend getaway or a long stay. It is easy to get to and doesn’t take long to get to any destination on the island. The Sea Palms golf course is beautiful and a lot of fun to play.

Peaceful Bliss

A little history, some peace & quiet & a lot of relaxation! Perfect southern scenery surrounded by beautiful trees and the 18th hole on pristine Golf Course. Close to restaurants and area attractions. Owners were laid back, responsive and easy to work with. Would love to visit again.

The condo was perfect for our visit to the island. We had no issues getting into the property. All the rooms were very clean and the ire of the golf course was nice. I would definitely recommend the property.

Nice condo near beach

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this condo. Clean and sleeps 5-6 guests. Nice to have our own kitchen and relaxing decor.

My family of 3 and I stayed for 8 days at this property. This is our first time staying on this side of the island. It’s a little further from the beach, however the condo was cozy , clean and was easily accessible.

Great find!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights. It was an easy 3 miles to the Cloister on Sea Island where our meeting was. We also enjoyed exploring St Simons. The condo was spotlessly clean and quiet with very comfortable furnishings. Close proximity to Harris Teeter was convenient. We didn’t cook but the kitchen appeared well stocked. If you’re into golf the Sea Palms course looked nice. There is a pool but I’m not sure if we had access to it. The only recommendation I would make is better lighting in the living room and bedrooms. We hope to return here!

I contacted the lady by email and by phone and did not hear back from her. Wanted a code for the pool. Was told we were not allowed to use it. Wanted to make sure we were provided sheets for the two pull out couches and never heard back from the lady that was our point of contact. Nice place and great location, but zero communication and we were very upset we could not use the pool.

Worst stay of my life!

I own two properties myself and keep them very well maintained and make sure that I have supplies and what not. This unit when we arrived had not been cleaned because of miscommunication, which can be understandable, except it was beyond, not just being cleaned from the Wednesday of the previous guest. There was dog hair and corners. All the furniture is stained, nasty stinky rugs that I had to stuff into a closet. Evolve offered to move me after I had cleaned the entire unit and inform them I had had a stroke a month ago. No one cared. I tried to contact the owner three different times and she never even answered me through the app. After I had finally cleaned and it was late at night she sent me an email saying I’m sorry and that was it. They took $50 off my stay but the money wasn’t the issue here. It was just the way I was treated and how horrible the communication was and how much this unit did not represent what was presented in the listing. The major issue was that the two pillows that were in the Master Bedroom had a blood on them probably from a nosebleed, but why were they not removed immediately. I feel like some of these companies that own multiple units are not keeping up with their cleaning crew and they are leaving nasty things that can make people sick. We had no sheets for our bed we had asked for them and never even got the sheets the next day. Two pillows were finally delivered the next day, but the first night we slept without any. Worst stay ever.
