Perfect beach rental
Reminiscent of “old Florida.” The studio apartment I rented was just the perfect size for my needs. The proximity to the beach was perfect and allowed me to avoid the crowded public access points. There are several beachside restaurants just a short walk away and many more just a short drive away. Would definitely select this location to stay again.

We began our visit with confusion over our apartment (room 5 or 4) and spent our first night in 6 and ended up in 8. We expected the room to be small . We did not expect a broken toilet seat, a crumbling wall behind the sink, a bathroom fan that had been disconnected, a kitchen tap with a 25% flow, a dilapidated screen door or a loose downspout outside our unit. The management company listened but did little to address our complaints. For three weeks we boiled water to wash our dishes and I repaired the downspout so that it wouldn’t fly away and damage anything. Worst. This building and location have great potential but repeair and renovatuion are required.

Ok but…..
Small but in nice location. It needs a “sprucing up inside” it didn’t have extra t.p., paper towels and other basic things. Small coffee pot. Very small shower. People need to be thin to be able to shower. Close to the beach!
