Good location in St Pete
The neighborhood was just ok. The house was cute. Someone put a lot of thought & work into it.
Unfortunately it hasn't been kept up. There were weeds and dead plants in the yard. Not at all inviting.
When we arrived we were shocked to find that the house hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The rug in the Living Room hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed recently, the floors felt sticky, the dishwasher wasn't working and had rancid water in it. Further, as to maintenence the kitchen sink had low water pressure. Turned out that there was rust build up in the aerator. Also the AC filter had mold all over it.
We contacted their management company (Bojani). They were very helpful sending someone to do the maintenance. They weren't able to get the cleaners over there, so bought some cleaning supplies & and AC filter, which we were reimbursed for and took care of what we could.
Bojani Mgt also helped us get a partial refund for our troubles.
The house is pretty conveniently located and plenty of room for 8 of us. If your looking for cheap digs, it's fine.
