Great spot within walking distance to the beach and great little dine in spots and coffee shops. The room is spacious and clean. Walls are a bit thin and if you have loud neighbors it may be a nuisance. Outdoor area is pleasant to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze.

We are so lucky we found The Villas. Beautiful and clean rooms, wonderful pool, perfect location half a block from a wonderful beach, and tons of great restaurants right there. Our room had a super nice shower and brand-new kitchen.

Tiny, tiny room.
Tiny, tiny room. Had a bed, tiny kitchen, really tiny bath, and when I booked the room it showed a price of $177. By the time the tacked on an $80 CLEANING FEE, plus taxes, the price was almost $300! I will be sure to check ALL fees before I click on BOOK IT next time, my bad.

Hello CharlesWe are a little surprised to see this lower review when we met you on your way out you said you enjoyed your stay. Our rooms are exactly the size stated with on the website with very accurate pictures. This room did include a full kitchen. We do not have any per night resort fees but we do have a one time cleaning fee no matter how many nights you stay. Thank you for coming and we hope you had a safe trip home

Holiday Get Away.
Check in to check out everything was very seamless and all through Text. Dave was very responsive with any questions that needed to be answered. This is a smaller extend a stay boutique hotel experience. Do not expect a bar or any resort type amenities spa etc. Renovated rooms with all the need you would need and minutes walk to the beach! I would take note just a call out not a bad thing this is a 1950s ( just totally guessing) little hotel that was renovated so you will hear people above you if you have a ground floor unit. That all depends on how much time you are actually spending in your room. 5 stars from me!

Property hosts were great. Easy to communicate with and prompt to address any of our needs. Property was clean and seemed renovated recently. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely consider a stay in the future.

cute pool area and good location. Property should invest in more comfortable mattresses and much better towels if they are going to continue the policy of not regularly switching them out for guests. Recommend adding a broom and dustpan to rooms as well.

Clean and great location, unfortunately the people staying above us were very loud and we could hear all their movements, walking around, dropping things, until 3am, then at 7am. Otherwise a nice property.

The stairway to the second floor was broken (the rail) and it was unsafe and made it difficult to walk upstairs. The villa was very hot; the AC was off and took a while to cool down. Otherwise, the villa was excellent and we enjoyed it!

I LOVED this place. Prior to traveling, I searched for hours trying to find a clean, comfortable place to stay that was close to the beach because I had never been to St. Pete's before. And this place was perfect. Close to some great restaurants, with only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. There was a nice grill serving drinks and snacks right at the entrance to the beach. And the villa property itself was so pretty. We sat by the pool each morning, drinking our complimentary coffee, enjoying the sun and shade. The room was so clean, modern, and had a nice kitchenette. It was a pleasant place to return to after our days in the sun. We would definitely return here.

Away from the madness of the beach bar maniacs. Nice and quiet. No problem with location as everything was within walking distance. Some bicycles with locks would be cool with all the bike lanes in the area.

Great location and the new owners are very responsive. Bathroom very small and walls are thin. Owners are working on facility. Pictures a little mis-leading for the money as facility is more of an older motel renovated into suites.

Dave and Melissa, the owners, couldn't have been nicer. There were a few 'brand new place' minor glitches and they were so accommodating and appreciative of our understanding. We definitely will go back. Felt like a home away from home and the location was fantastic.

The property just changed hands the day we checked in. With that said the new owner did try and attend to all our issues. The major problem was a lack of instructions on how to operate the tv and a/c/heating units.

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday on Jan 2nd. Saw the reviews and boy was I not disappointed. We arrived early. We were offered water or champagne and it being her birthday we took the champagne. Within 15 minutes our room was ready. We had Villa #2 and upon entering the Villa all I heard from her was wow, Wow, WOWWWWW!!! She was thrilled and impressed to say the least. When I say we were walking distance to the beach ... yup ... we were. They has several location where you can go grab extra towels and toiletries. They also offered beach towels, beach umbrellas, little beach chairs and beach wagons to haul everything FREE of charge. They have bicycles you can borrow FREE of charge to ride around a d explore. There are several pools on site, cabanas to lounge under, and bean bag toss games to name just a few of the amenities provided. We had a kitchenette with a full fridge, stove and microwave. Ice machines were in several spots throughout the property. It was truly a home away from home. It was right after New Years so it was quiet and relaxing for us both. I give them 5 stars hands down. You helped make my birthday surprise coming from fridget Chicago....an amazing birthday gift and 4 night getaway!!!

The bathroom is small/congested with no shelf space to put shampoo, soap, etc. Loved the outdoor amenities but the room itself felt small and not functional.
