The Cottages at Madeira Beach are a hard to find treasure across from the Gulf of Mexico. This delightful complex is located just steps from the white sandy beach of Madeira Beach. There are 7 single home style cottages arranged in a quaint, well maintained courtyard. Each cottage has its own little patio and a parking spot. There is also a full kitchen in each unit, along with a full bathroom and open living space. Free WiFi is also provided. A beautiful heated pool with spa jets and a BBQ area are located at the opposite end of the property. The pool side tiki huts provide shade and are great for gatherings, playing games or just relaxing. Two sets of washers and dryers are available, as well as a shared shed storing some beach chairs and beach toys for your convenience. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet yet conveniently located home away from home...You've just found your little piece of paradise!!

Great location
Easy beach access just across the street. John’s Pass is also a short walk. The pass has tons of shops and restaurants and bars to enjoy when your not on the beach. The condo itself is great for 2 people. The pictures show exactly what you get. The bathroom is tight but doable. Overall very clean inside. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location. Easy walk to the beach, great neighborhood. Cottage had a leaky roof near the front door, management said it was scheduled for a new roof.

This property Cotrages Madeira Beach #6 is NOT A ONE BEDROOM. IT IS BARELY AM EFFICIENCY. NO ROOM TO WALK ...RACKS ETC HANGING OFF OF WALL...TOILET TISSUE HOLDER BROKEN OFF .THE CHRAPEST/OLDEST OF JUZT ABOUT EVERYTHING..FROM POTS TO THE 3(yes,just 3) forks provided in the draw. That could not be closed

Perfect place
The cottage was clean and perfect size. Neighbors were nice and quiet. Cottage was located off the main street in a nice neighborhood for walking. Three minute walk to the beach crossing the street was easy and safe. Fuve minute walk to John's Pass for shopping and dining. I would definitely book this again.

We very much enjoyed our stay
Great location, like 2 minute walk to beach, 3½ block walk to john pass. Pool is smaller than it looks in photos but has plenty of seating area, we still enjoyed it. The cottages is well laid out small but feels roomy. We did not use bbq area but it had 3 grills and picnic table.

Not the best not the worst
If several small things where fixed the property could be 4 star. The pool was very dirty, it was never cleaned during our 6 day stay. Several guests called to complain, we skimmed the pool everyday. One guest added water. The area around the pool could be so cute with a little elbow grease, a power washer and some decorations or flowers. The washer had mold in it. Our cottage, #6 was super cute and clean. The toilet handle didn’t work properly and the ac was a wall unit that leaked terribly. We had bucks and towels that we emptied daily.
