Fabulous Beach House At Clearwater Beach Pet Friendly

This private 3 bedroom/2 bath home (plus 3/4 bath "Beach" shower in the garage) has a spacious open-floor plan with Living, Dining, Garden Room and Kitchen. The King Bedroom has private en suite shower/bath. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with two twins. There is also a queen-sleeper sofa. Second full bath has shower over tub. Very handy additional shower bath in the garage for rinsing off sand from the beach. The tropical back garden patio is perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Has a BBQ for grilling dinner. Only a block to the private access beach gate, then a 2-minute stroll through the dunes to the water. Half-block to fishing off the sea wall at the IntraCoastal Waterway. Stroll the beach north to Caladesi Island State Park and catch the ferry to visit another island nearby. Stroll the beach south to the bustling "beach scene" of the main Clearwater Beach area with volleyball, restaurants, live music and more.

Carlouel clearwater beach house
Close to private beach entrance, just a short walk. Beach is excellent in this area...large house offered lots of room for us. private driveway for our car. house was clean and well stocked, didn't lack for anything. enjoyed the backyard patio area as well. our yorkie loved wandering around back enclosed yard. We did walk to pier 60 and the downtown area from here , (but also uber readily available also).

The property is exactly as presented. It is dated but so are we . It had a comfortable 1960's feel ( glass block, colored tile ). We loved the mature variety of tropical plants and trees in the back yard. The neighborhood beach was one block away. It felt like our own private beach. We walked back and forth a couple of times a day. Property is in a quiet neighborhood although there is a lot of construction going , not next door, but a lot of truck traffic. It was a great stay .

charming home
The place was just like the photos, but better! The area was beautiful and quiet. An established neighborhood with a comfortable feel. Access to the beach was easy and we were close enough to either go to or pick up food from any of the downtown restaurants. The private beach was delightful. Communication with owner was quick and simple.

Wonderful Time
Me and my family had a wonderful time. The place was very clean. Everything was perfect for my small family including my disabled mom. The rooms were spacious , beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. I love the serene area and close access to the beach- which was not crowded at all! Jennifer was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful and accommodating ! Will definitely come back!

Great experience!
I rented this vrbo for myself and 6 friends... a “guy’s vacation”. Everything was done online and the owner provided all necessary information. Upon arrival, the property was ‘as advertised’. In a very nice residential area, close to the beach, and close to everything that Clearwater has to offer. The owner checked in via text to make sure everything was ok, and also checked back in at the end of our stay. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a bunch of guys on our trip but I wouldn’t hesitate renting this property for vacation with my family. Many Thanks to Jennifer and her mother!!!

We loved our stay in this house. We had everything we needed: ample space inside the house and pleasant patio seating outdoors. The best part was the short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach - not a lot of traffic on the north end of the beach - away from the hi-rise condos. Great place for families.

Peaceful
I wanted a place to take my family and dog and enjoy a few days at the beach. The beach is great for walking and relaxing. Not alot of big buidlings aruond to crowd the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is full of plates, glasses, cookware, pots and pans etc. I had everything I have at my house.

Our stay at the PInk Pearl
Our family enjoyed our stay at the Pink Pearl. The livingroom/solarium area was a perfect place for the family to hang out. There was plenty of comfortable seating. The little children enjoyed running around in the back yard. We had no trouble using the Weber barbecue grill out back. We loaded up beach toys from the garage into the wheelbarrow provided for our trek to the beach. The beach was about two blocks away. The beach was private and very nice with clean powdery white sand. The house was clean. I rated our stay 4 stars because there was a strong musty odor to the home. We became nose blind to the odor and were not affected by it, but some people have mold allergies so I thought that people should know about the smell.

This house is great for a casual family beach vacay. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, beach toys (and fishing pole/bait bucket!) and wagon in the garage for our use. Made it so easy. We appreciated the outdoor patio to lounge and gather. The beach is a short 2 block walk, which was very convenient. The kitchen is sufficient, but just has the basics. You'll need to bring a hairdryer. Note this house was built in the mid-century and has 50s bathrooms, plumbing, electrical and lighting (dark!), but I think you'll still find it very comfortable and nostalgic.

Quiet location. Nice layout of house. Very comfortable, although a little outdated. House had a musty smell when we first entered. Yard and outside of the house needs quite a bit of upkeep/clean up. Overall, the property met our needs for our family of 6 adults and we were satisfied. Access to beach was a bit of a walk but the beach was clean and private.

Quiet and relaxing beach getaway!
The Pink Pearl house was perfect for our three generation family get together. There were five of us with the oldest being my 78 year old mother in law, and the youngest my 21 year old nephew. The house was very clean which was important to us, and their was plenty of space for privacy and quiet sleeping plus spaces to gather and visit. And we loved the beach! It was beautiful and not crowded. Both the beach and neighborhood were perfect for long family walks. We also liked being so close to lots of good restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Charming house close to a beautiful beach!!!
We had a great time and it was wonderful being so close to the beach. Everything we needed for a great day on the beach was stored in the garage from beach chairs to big supply of beach toys for the kids. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of eight. Hope to vacation here again.

Perfect for a quiet get away!

HOMEY, COZY, COMFORTABLE
The Pink Pearl Beach Home was absolutely wonderful. My family and I loved staying in this home. I was very pleased by the house and accommodations. This home is clean and well maintained; it had all the comforts of home sweet home. It was hard to leave! There was plenty of room inside for the whole family, and the back yard was like an oasis filled with tropical plants and trees. It was such a treat to sit, have meals, and watch the humming birds feeding off of the flowering trees and bushes. The location was perfect. The attractions, restaurants and beach were in walking distance, which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and relatives. I will be back. Thank You!!
