It was a very nice rental property. We had and issue with a few outlets in one room not working. The other thing is the washer and dryer are outside. But I would 100% stay there again. There is a lot of space.

The back bedroom needed some room darkening curtains. The beds per the whole household that was with me agreed that they were so comfortable. Overall the stay was nice! The house does have security cameras which was off putting to my brother and sister in law. The cameras did not bother my husband or I. Everything was nice. I appreciate that when I had a concern or any issue the host responded promptly. I would recommend this place for a family getaway.

Overall the house was ok, but definitely some minor issues. We got there a little later in the day and only stayed one night so no real reason to contact the property manager. NOT a great neighborhood. We didn't have issues but it was certainly unnerving. Sewage smell in one of the bathrooms was very strong. Apparently neighbors were working on sewer lines. Extremely low water pressure, almost so low you couldn't shower. All the water was plumbed in reverse. Hot was cold and cold was hot. The pictures are a little deceiving. One of the bedrooms is pictured twice, one with beds and one without, making it seem like they were different rooms. The sprinkler system was dug up in the front yard with a big hole in the ground. And the yard was 90% sand/dirt. Enough parking for 2 cars only.

Property Manager tried her best
The property depicted online does not reflect our experience having stayed a month here. Many issues surfaced while there, and as the title states "the property manager tried her best" to clear them up. The home was not clean upon arrival and after spending a better part of the first day cleaning and rectifying all the missing items with the manager, we started dealing with furnace and electrical issues. The next 3-5 days were spent being available to deal with deliveries of missing items and contractors coming to repair various things. After the first week of this, we had hoped it was all behind us. NOPE. Now we have a backflow of washing machine discharge coming into one of the bathrooms. So now we have to deal again with fixing that drain, it never was. In fact for the last week we could not use the vanity sink in bathroom because now the drain line was cut outside leading to septic field. Again the property manager tried to help but unfortunately the owners and manger are located in Orlando, 2 hours away. Never did see either one amidst all the hassles. We contacted VRBO who apologized for all our issues and compensated us by reimbursing the service fee I HAD PAID. Unfortunately, we never truly were offered a sincere apology from the property owner nor compensated adequately by them for all the time spent dealing with the issues we faced. We would have left but had paid in full. Very disappointing vacation property negatively impacted us all.

Clearwater Vacation
The house was great and very clean! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we even had the neighbor next door come over and show the kids a little magic, he was a nice guy and the kids thought he was funny! The property manager was always quick to respond to messages and my stepson even left his iPad and she immediately got in touch, got my address and mailed within the next few days after leaving when she found out we had left it behind! Thanks again and we enjoyed our stay!
