Located just over a block from the Upham Beach access on St Pete Beach, you can walk five minutes to the white sand and emerald surf of our pristine Gulf Beaches, then cool off in our private pool!

Also located right in the heart of St Pete Beach (Gulf Blvd and 68th Ave), with numerous shops , bars, restaurants, and resorts within walking distance.
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. Pool, laundry, and outdoor areas are shared. There are nine apartments in total.
Ground floor apartment (one or two steps up, but no stairs). Open plan kitchen and dining room. Separate bathroom with queen bed, ensuite bath, and walk-in closet.
