First Floor:
Your vacation starts from the moment you walk in the front door - all you will see is the ocean views!

The first floor of this beachfront home has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The dining area accommodates 6 guests and countertop seating for 3 additional that is perfect for enjoying your home-cooked meals.

The living area features a comfortable Sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV and access to the beachfront deck.

Primary bedroom features a King bed with an ensuite bathroom located on the first level.

There is an additional full bathroom as well.

Second Floor:
The second floor features two bedrooms and a half bath.

The second bedroom features a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom features 2 Twin beds.

Great beach location! Definitely book again!
Overall we had a great stay. Great location, just steps to the beach without a lot of hassle. We went several times a day, which when you’re hauling beach gear can be exhausting. But we were able to set up and see it from the porch so we could leave it all day. When we first arrived everything was nice and appeared clean. There was an issue with cleanliness but the PM was very responsive and offered to have someone come clean again. We also had a/c issues, but again, they were very responsive and sent their repairman out and got it fixed very quickly. My only true complaints are that the beds are not very comfortable, the water pressure in the master bathroom is very low, and my family appear to be covered in some kind of bites. There are a LOT of little bugs outside on the porch and around the furniture. The beach gear that was left for guests to use was partially broken. The umbrella was broken so we rented a cabana from the listing on the fridge. Very reasonable! And the floats were deflated/had holes or missing parts. But there are a couple of nets, buckets and shovels for the kids. The neighborhood is very quiet. There was construction taking place behind us, but noise was not an issue. We did have issues with parking from all of the construction vehicles and weren’t able to enter/exit the property easily. The other house at the entrance was also under construction and we had an incident with one of their crew videoing my son playing outside through the window.

Wonderful House Right on the Beach!
My and 5 girlfriends has a girls trip and this house was nearly perfect! It was right on the beach and we loved enjoying the sunsets each night from the porch. Beds were decent. The Kitchen was nice and everything was clean. We loved that there were 2 dryers. Communication and check in was a breeze! The only thing is I wish the 2 upstairs bedroom had curtains because it was very bright in the morning! Thanks for a great stay!

Great beach cottage. Nothing over-the-top about the house BUT right on the beach, with a very good view of the Gulf from the front porch. That is why we came to Florida …the beach, so a complete success of a trip.

Beautiful little beach front cottage!
The booking process was excellent and the property managers were johnny on the spot! Quick to reply to text messages and overall very helpful with suggestions for places to see and eat. The master bedroom (on the ground floor) was large enough for my parents to maneuver around in and the en-suite bathroom was perfectly apppointed. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with 2 twin beds and one with a queen. There is ample closet space and plenty of dressers for unpacking, not to mention the beach toys and chairs! The porch furniture was in good condition, albeit the cushions were not very substantial, but the chaise lounges were very comfortable. The kitchen is adequately appointed with supplies - plenty of coffee cups, glassware and dishes, as well as utensils. You will not be disappointed in your stay. The beach is right outside waiting for your feet to hit the sand.

Location is perfect! Right on the beach. Back patio is wonderful. Air conditioner did not cool the upstairs. We asked about beach chairs prior to our arrival.. the manager said she wasn’t sure they had any. So we brought our own from home.. communication could have been better.

Great location. Cute house.
Cute, older home in a great location. Lots of beach toys and supplies. My only negative comment would be that the deck and wood boardwalk out to the sand need some work/replacement. Several planks were loose or totally off. Exposed rusty nails. Very uneven walking surfaces. Not a great walking surface for someone with any balance issues. My toddler ended up with a 1” splinter in the bottom of her foot. I definitely should have had her sandals on but it’s the beach. So parents, you’ve been warned. ;) Two different coffee machines; standard and a kierug. Unfortunately my husband bought pods for it but the kierug needs to be descaled so it wouldn’t run properly. Hopefully they can fix these issues and make it an even better stay for their guests. Thank you for a great stay!

Indian Shores home
We had a really nice stay in Indian Shores. The house was easy to find and the checkin process was seamless. Its a beautiful location on the beach-just what we were looking for. There were very limited bath towels and no kitchen dishcloths though. Most of the wooden window blinds were broken-we couldn’t adjust them to open or close and all the lightbulbls in the living room. recessed lighting were burned out but one.These are easy fixes though and hopefully will be taken care of for the next guest. Thx!

Renters BEWARE!
So, we booked this place for 10 days. In short, here are the issues. The main problem is the owner is a control freak. The property had 4 cameras (one looked into the home - creepy). The owner didn’t want anyone other than us on the property. The owner didn’t want us digging in the sand. Not allowed more than 1 car. A mile-long list of don’t! We received this list the day of check-in (obviously too late to change your reservation). House had no toiletries, no warm blankets. The sliding door didn’t work. The shower had no water pressure. The house was old and drafty, and the AC was blocked from going below 73 and the heater wasn’t allowed to go over 67 – which during our stay it got 60 degrees upstairs (house didn’t heat correctly and because of the thermostat block it was freezing) and the kids got sick. No TP, no laundry detergent. No condiments other than salt and pepper. Had to even buy sugar. The beds had sand on the sheets (makes you question if they cleaned it). The owner is very condescending and snarky. We contacted her with our concerns, and she would respond with what do you expect me to do? Uhmm learn hospitality for one. The lock on the door is the address (never been changed I guarantee that) does not have a secondary lock (very sketchy and a recipe for a burglary). The cleaners came barging in 2 days before we were supposed to leave unexpectedly and walked into the home while I was away, and wife was taking a shower. This is where we drew the line and decided to check out early. So, in short, the stay was awful. Also, this host left us a bad review because when they do that on VRBO the system doesn’t allow the guest to leave a review on their site. A VRBO agent had to override this just to get this on their platform. She also refused to refund any money whatsoever despite us leaving early.

Spectacular Gulf Views!
The view from the back deck of the Gulf are unparalleled. Framed by beautiful natural surroundings, the view of the Gulf are spectacular. You can sit on the loveseat and watch it out of the back sliding glass door. Easy access to the beach and an old style beach house with an updated interior. What's not to like?

Nice cottage with beach views and private access. As stated by others, there is a public walkway right next to the cottage so you do get people setting up umbrellas/tents right at the end of your private access, and it can block some of your water views from the house. Other than that you can’t beat your very own private walkway and access to the beach. Also, the outdoor shower head was a plus for rinsing off the salt/sand before going in to shower. The beach chairs, and beach toys were an added bonus to use. Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials we needed. Overall, a very nice experience!
