Was checked into first room, and toilet would shoot gushing water out the back.. while staff was very prompt in giving us a different room within 10 mins of discovering this, the new room had an order of smoke and, just an off smell.. also had a brown color red stain or two on the bed sheets

This is your basic motel. The pool is nice, and breakfast was good. The floors, sinks, and tubs in the rooms were pretty gross. We booked two different stays with this motel around visiting another destination. The first stay, the water in our room barely ran, we were only given 2 towels for our family of 4. And when I asked for more towels, I was asked to hand in the ones I had for new ones. The laundry machines were pretty well always in use (i suspect some of the people there were living there) and after finally getting to wash our clothes, the dryer did not work at all, leaving me to pack wet clothes to our next destination. If I had not already paid for and booked the 2nd stay with them I would not have came back. Only one ice machine worked and the both needed a good cleaning. However, the 2nd room we got was some better. It was somewhat cleaner, and the water ran better, and also we were given plenty of towels. The hotel did have a shuttle service to and from the airport which was nice. Staff was nice and there were several things in walking distance, which was nice because we did not rent a car for the days we were there.

The staff was nice and friendly. The air conditioning unit was loud and rattled. Couldn't hear the unit with the tv on but once it was off rattled all night long!

Room was clean , it was quite walls are a little thin nice little sitting area outside of from the pool , the breakfast I wouldn't eat, have to many people touching, coughing,and nobody

The room was small but gets the job done. The floors seemed to have not been swept or mopped in the room with hair collected in the corners. But the rooms smelled fresh and the beds were clean. The breakfast was really good too.

The property was old and in need of repair. Rooms are dark and dingy felt unclean. Even with doors closed you could hear noise from other rooms and street traffic. Stayed in the room for approximately 3 hours and then booked another hotel for the duration of our vacation.

Shuttle wasn’t running. For an airport hotel, that’s a problem. Very run down, not very clean. Only redeeming quality was that there is a great steakhouse across the parking lot.
