Die Gastgeber reagieren auf Nachrichten sehr schnell und haben sogar abends nach 20 Uhr noch einen Notdienst für die Heizung organisiert. Die Kommunikation war freundlich. Zur Begrüßung erhält man eine Flasche Wein. Der Check In war unkompliziert. Das war es dann aber auch leider schon mit den positiven Dingen. Das Haus ist alt und man sieht in jedem Raum die Heizungsrohre. Das Alter an sich ist kein Problem, jedoch die Sauberkeit. Es gab keine Ecke in der keine Spinnenwebe inkl. Spinne hing. Die Fliegengitter waren so schmutzig, dass man kaum rausschauen konnte. Die Dichtungen und Silikonfugen in der Dusche sind schwarz, der Boden im zwei Schlafzimmern schmutzig, die Türen in der Küche waren komplett vollgespritzt und die Waschbecken Abflüsse waren ebenfalls verschmutzt. Ein paar Dinge wurden nach Reklamation behoben, aber nicht alles. Die Bilder der Anzeige sind bearbeitet. Im Haus ist es ehr dunkel und nicht wie auf den Bildern hell. Es gibt keinen direkten Zugang zu der "Terrasse". Man muss immer um das Haus herumlaufen. Direkt neben dem Esstisch befindet sich der Router mit unschöner Verkabelung. Wir fanden das Haus zu teuer für den Zustand, in dem wir es vorgefunden haben. Hätten wir gewusst, dass man nicht direkt auf die Terrasse kann und dass das Haus so dunkel ist, hätten wir es auf keinen Fall gebucht. Séjour de 2 nuits en février 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### andreas k. 18 juill. 2014 #### Wunderschöne eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen Wir sind jetzt bereits das zweite Mal im Düneneck bei Familie Hartwig. September 2013 im Austernfischer und Juli 2014 in der Terassenwohnung. Beide Male einfach Spitze. Die Wohnungen sind mit viel Liebe und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum uhrigen Dorfkern von St. Peter machen einen erholsamen Aufentalt hier perfekt. Als einzigen Kritikpunkt könnte man die Reinung beim Wechsel der Gäste sehen. Aber mit einem Staubsauger der ebenfalls zur Ausstattung gehört, kann man kleine Hinterlassenschaften des Vormieters schnell beseitigen. Somit kann man einen Urlaub auch Aktiv gestalten.
