Location is good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room as expected. Parking nearby is expensive.
I have stayed in this hotel many times before and always find the staff extremely helpful and pleasant and it's so handy in the heart of the city can highly recommend it
This hotel was ABSOLUTELY amazing 😏 So beautiful and modern the room was just something else would definitely recommend 100% will certainly stay here again !!!!
centrally located, good restaurants in the area, best breakfast we had in 2 weeks in Ireland, staff was very accommodating, professional and above and beyond as far as service
It was very clean ,and despite being very busy, we were not disturbed during the night by any wedding guest which is the norm at most hotels hosting a wedding. The lift was not always reliable but it was a small detail
I did not appreciate the initial contacts with the staff but after that the rest of the staff was very helpful. The parking situation was confusing. We would have saved a lot of time if the location of the parking garage had been made clear prior to our arrival
We liked everything in general. Absolutely loved the rooms, view and the most comfortable beds!! Only negative comment would be we felt food service should have been open past 9:45pm and for breakfast there should have been an option other than just the buffet which was ok but not great. Like Roasters ...
Handy for the city centre. We wanted a room for the last night of our trip round Ireland, and we got just that. No frills, but suited us.
Hotel is okay it is not in the middle of town Swimming pool is nice but could do with a bit of cleaning the changing rooms have no privacy as the opposite sex is taken in there as well
