"The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. "We left after just 4 hours because the property was nothing like the listing. The photos give a far better impression than the reality. Before arrival, I had to chase the host for check-in instructions as nothing had been sent. Even after calling, I was only given the key safe code. "We had an absolutely amazing time at The Romney!! The hut was beautiful and cozy, and the outdoor bath is a great addition. It has everything you could need and we were kindly left with lots of amenities which was lovely to arrive to! The local area was beautiful and there were lots of things to do. Kristina was so kind and friendly, making sure we could easily get in contact if needed and that we had a lovely time, which we absolutely did. We would 100% come back!"

"Overall we had a great stay at the Ship Inn . Staff were lovely especially the male member of staff who served us in the restaurant with drinks and food . He went over and above to please had a wonderful friendly personality . A great asset to the team . Sorry we didn’t get your name . The down sides were the mattress in the Royal room needs replacing and we were kept awake until 1am by either an argument going on or very loud animated talking ! The absolute positive of our visit was the food . Excellent both evening and breakfast . 5 star . Fresh produce and well prepared . Thank you chef 👌. I would recommend a visit to the Ship Inn ."

"We had a lovely stay in this comfortable house, which is in a fantastic location and very convenient for exploring the area. Communication from the host was excellent, and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts and little touches on arrival. The internet connection was quite weak during our stay.The house is very warm, which was particularly noticeable during our stay as the weather was hot. As a townhouse, the outside spaces are relatively small and spread across the three floors, so there wasn’t really an area where we could all sit together outside and enjoy the sea view. However, the back yard accommodated us all and worked well for an enjoyable games night and barbecue."

"A lovely holiday home, equipped with just about everything you may need, particularly in the kitchen. Very clean and tidy on arrival. The area is very peaceful with lots to do within a short drive. The ice cream outlet just outside the back gate was amazing, though the service was a bit slow, it was worth the wait! The beach area itself was very clean and tidy. Very informative host. I don’t usually go somewhere twice, as the world is a big place, but I might make an exception here. Would highly recommended!"
